Shipping policy

Flat rate $2.95* ground economy shipping on purchases $14.95 - under $40 within the mainland US (excludes Alaska & Hawaii).  

Free ground economy shipping on orders over $40 within the mainland US (Alaska & Hawaii free USPS economy shipping with a $100 minimum purchase). 

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).  You will receive another notification with your tracking number when your order has shipped.  

Alaska & Hawaii Shipping Details

We offer USPS or UPS so you can have a variety of shipping options, prices and speeds to choose from. Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. There is a $100 minimum purchases for Alaska and Hawaii orders.

  • USPS 
    • Priority Mail (2 - 3 business days) includes tracking and insurance up to $50
  • UPS (will not ship to a PO Box)
    • 2nd Day Air (arrive within 2 business days) includes tracking
    • UPS Ground (3 - 6 business days) includes tracking

International Shipping 

  • Currently we only ship domestically within the United States 

    How do I check the status of my order?

    When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

    If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@disguisethesurprise.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

    Refunds, returns and exchanges

    We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

    In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@disguisethesurprise.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.  Click here to see our full refund policy.
